This notice explains how we handle information connected with an inquiry, appointment request, service communication, or use of this website. It does not replace the privacy notices of third-party websites and services you may choose to use.

Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, service interest, appointment details, and the contents of an inquiry or booking request.

This site loads Google Fonts, Adobe Typekit, YouTube-linked media resources, and third-party image delivery resources. These providers may process technical information under their own privacy notices.

3. Booking, Inquiries, and Communications

When you use the Meet DaVinci booking link, the booking experience is provided through HighLevel/LeadConnector. Appointment information is used to receive, schedule, confirm, reschedule, cancel, and follow up on a requested consultation or service.

Our policy authorizes access to appointment and inquiry records only for personnel with legitimate service-operational responsibilities.

Appointment-related communications are transactional. Marketing consent is separate and optional; making an appointment or inquiry does not require agreement to unrelated marketing communications.

4. Tracking and Service Providers

The EnterDaVinci website source for this release does not include a Meta Pixel, Google Analytics tag, or other advertising or analytics tag. If tracking practices change, this notice will be updated before those practices are activated.

Render hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver it. HighLevel/LeadConnector provides the direct booking experience and appointment communications. Verified appointment emails are delivered through Mailgun. Email providers used by recipients also process those messages; Google/Gmail processed receipt and forwarding in our verified email path. These observations do not establish every email route or provider retention practice. External resources and the booking provider may process technical information under their own practices; we have not verified all provider-side cookies or tracking. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect people, rights, property, and service security.

5. Retention, Requests, and Deletion

We retain appointment and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary for service operations and applicable contractual, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping requirements. DaVinci Empire, LLC, through the Founder until responsibility is formally delegated, is accountable for retention and deletion requests.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting us below. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and our operational and legal recordkeeping obligations. Cancellation does not necessarily cause immediate deletion from HighLevel/LeadConnector or other provider records.

Our policy limits authorized access to personnel with legitimate service-operational responsibilities. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

Our policy is not to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. Children under 13 must not book directly through the online calendar. Eligible minors may receive appropriate services through a parent or legal guardian, subject to service-specific eligibility, authorization, consent, and applicable professional and legal requirements. We have not established an automated parent/guardian intake process for this release. Please do not submit a minor's personal or health information through the online booking form.
